OMG I love this Ab workout! I can feel this work even in my obliques! I have never tried an Ab workout where I felt the burn on every muscle on my stomach.

when is the best time to workout Cassey? I usually do a couple of your vids in the morning, but is it just as effective if i do them at night?

@imsofunnyhahaful i have the same problem, it happens to me when i bring my legs up and sread them as i go down…. i kind of modifyed it by making smaller circles, which helps. i also found that bending your knees a little helps too… but idk if that causes less of an impact on the work out :/
