@Bosnjakovic10 You usually don’t use them to run from what I’ve seen, there more for certain leg exercises, it is actually bad for your knees and ankles to run with them.. By the way, I’m 13 too.

Hey Artem… I’m curious HOW you position your hands “under your butt”. Do you have your palms up and actually hold on to your buttocks OR are your hands very near, but along side your butt, palms facing down towards floor, fingers slightly spread? That is how it is taught in the National Guard and US Army Guard Fittness Challenge

Is this try to beat up on Joutchkov week, I must have not got the memo. If you enter “lower abs” in a Google search you get over six million hits, so I guess he’s in good company. While it is true the rectus abdominis is one large muscle it is also true certain exercises TARGET specific areas, just like that is true for other muscles.

He earned a living as a 2nd rate stand-up comedian. He was a PAID huckster for Nordic Trac and for awhile was a host on 360, some third rate “entertainment” shows on the Playboy channel. @Joutchkov im sorry i enjoy your videos, but putting your hands under your butt while you are doing almost any leg incorporated ab workout makes the ab workout easier. he says it in p90x, and im sorry but i think tony horton from p90x and numerous other multi million exercise videos knows more than your high school coach.
