one time i was using resistance bands in my room, and i was doing pull downs with them using a hook in the wall, and as i was pulling down on them the bands slipped off the hook and slapped me right in the face

Your going to need to use free weights in conjunction with the resistance bands. Its not all about protein drinks that make you big. If you can, get your calories from whole food.

I’ve recently been using resistance bands for a good workout. I have learned to adapt and improvise with what I have in the backdeck outside since I can used the posts as a lock for the resistance bands. I haven’t tried these types of workouts yet, so I will try these out. I don’t doubt at all that this is very helpful. Thanks for the video. More inspiration.
