Any tips on how to workout your lower abs?

I’m a bodybuilder so i can give some good tips. push-ups are good cause they work ur whole body pretty much, but if you just wanna work ur abs do this: lie on the ground, put your hands behind your head, and lift your legs up 6 in. from the ground. u can hold them there or cross them left over right then right over left. do this a few times a day and u’ll be pretty worked (like me ;) ).

    Incline Bench crunches WITH someone throwing a weighted ball at you when your going down..you’ll definatly feel it no questions asked…

    first off you probably know that to get truly "flat" lean abs first of all you must be of a low enough bodyweight which requires tons of lean food and cardio as there is no such thing as "spot reducing". anyway once you’re there, try lying on your back and lifting your legs up 6", hold for 3 seconds, do 50 reps per night. i did it to get washboard ripped LOWER abs about 4 yrs ago.
