what is the quickest way for a female to get abs?
I am a young fit female who never had to focus on my stomach but in the past few months i have a little weight put on only in my lower abs i still have 2 of my upper abs showing. i have tried everything. does anyone know a good lower ab workout or a quick way of getting my abs back?
The key to abs is "DIET". Although it is good to do stomach exercises, your abs will never show through until you consume a clean diet. When you see people that are fit such as bodybuilders, 80-90% is their diet and 10-20% is the exercise routine.

increase your calorie intake,or stop drinking too much.beer gut?..do alot of crunches/sit ups..

Lay flat on your back on the floor, arms by side, legs straight out in front. Lift them up to about 45 degrees then slowly, on the count of 10, lower them to the ground. Repeat 10 times.
