is it good to cut … is it good to cut carbs..and be on a high protein diet?
i was trying to lose weight on eating salad, egg whites only ..is this good.
kitchen and not the … kitchen and not the gym. But the stronger you get your abs the larger they also become. Coincidentally, the higher your bf percantage can be with your abs still sticking out. I’m at 11% bf and my abs stick out more and look better than my buddy who is at 8%. Sure the rest of his body looks better and more toned, but my abs look better cause he NEVER works out his abs.. hope this helps
This is way to … This is way to detailed. The way I did it — and it’s very easy — was remembering some simple key points.
- No fast food
-No junk food
-When you eat a meal, eat a balanced diet. I.e – don’t just eat a lot of corned bread or even chicken breast. Eat a little corn beef/chicken breast, with some fruit, veggies, piece of toast, etc.
- excercise. Doesn’t have to be a lot just some a day
- lastly, make/find a good ab routine to do 3 times a week. Yes I understand abs are made in the

First off stop running everyday…Youll ruin your knees and really need to alternate “in general” the types of cardio you do. Bike Riding skateboarding is good, and boxing bags, etc…….develop a mealplan for eveyday that sustains a healthy body, but not defiicient. tuna,almonds,whey protein&h20 organic fat free milk, turnips greens, veggies,fruits
My trainer tested … My trainer tested me today and I am currently at 9%. We are now starting to focus on more strength training to make me pop more. More weight and high reps. 1200-1400 cal diet at 5′6 130 rather than 147. It started as weight loss and got really serious. Like Forrest Gump said. “well I got that far, so I figured I’d just keepon goin’”. And thats what he did. He ran clear cross the state of Alabama. happens.
I’ve been running … I’ve been running for two weeks everyday 3 miles in 30 minutes. I burn about 600 calories (not alot), but over those two weeks i lost 2Kg. I didn’t look different and it could have been that i lost muscle instead of fat. Anyway, i gave up on that. I coudn’t feel my legs and i guess i can do just fine without abs as long as i have back, chest, biceps and triceps

I love the idea … I love the idea that there are certain “power foods” you can choose for better abs. I have always had a curvy shape but now I am trying for an athletic body type. I am working on my fitness and looking to change my diet. Advice like this makes sense and gives me hope.
hmm, well I’m … hmm, well I’m currently using the Abs Diet and it’s working at an extreme rate, I lost 30+ pounds in about a month. Just follow the exercise plan, eat healthy and cut down on what you eat. Btw it won’t hurt to eat something not the diet like pizza once a week but only when your like 6 weeks into the plan. So just keep at it people and you’ll get results, It always helps to use the heavier stuff if your serious… I’m hurling 25 lbs Dumbells like nothing and about to go to 40 lbs. Just do it!
He’s pretty … He’s pretty accurate, but it’s not true that you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This is a very very common claim that’s very inaccurate. You need less than half of that. Look at the Studies and you’ll see that you need about whatever your weight is in pounds times about 0.37 So, for example I weight 180 pounds so I need about 66 grams of protein a day. YES ONLY 66 grams! To much protein will not hurt you as studies have shown, but you are spending more money than you need to.

Obviously he was … Obviously he was just using the two marathons as a figure of speech…it would be impossible to run two marathons a day. I think he knows enough about the subject, but is just not that great at conveying it.
