Can a 23 year old female get abs?
I am working on sliming down and get abs. On the other hand I do cardio at the gym. I am a Gym rat. I also am a 23 year old female.
of course a 23 year old can get abs.
i’m not 23 but i’m doing 200 sit ups a day and i noticed something on the 2nd day. like the fat from the sides dissappeared and now i’m noticing some things.
so just do 200 or more a day and don’t stop! still do it even if you already have abs! also try different excersizes. like try getting one of those ab work out dvd’s. there are also some magazines that tell you how to get better abs. =]

Yes absolutely. Make sure you do cardio for 90 minutes a day and do an ab workout 3 times a week though.

forget the ab lounger! start eating right and exercising. Remember work the back as well as ur abs.

yep! Everyone has abs! They might not be as dominant or prominent but everyone has abs!

if you’re fat theres not a chance on God’s great green earth but if you’re skinny yes but don’t get like a 12 pack because thrust me guys (I’m one of them) don’t find that attractive at all
