    No, time really doesnt matter. Its 11:50 PM here & I am doing sets of wide and narrow grip pullups just to burn off energy. Lift whenever you can perform at your max and have ample recovery time & post workout nutrition.

    After maybe 50 more reps drinking a protein shake and trying to sleep. Its actually ideal for the whole work/rest/recover logic. The only issue is sometimes I get more energy if I work so hard I get an endorphin rush. Im close tonight, back is on fire. Good pain

    my daily workout is a cardio circuit i learned at my summer school p.e. class, then i jump rope and finish off with scooby’s 3 minute ab workout and pushups, but i tend to do this around 7-8pm right before i get ready for bed. is working out that late bad in any way? and is it true that you shouldn’t take a shower right after a workout? its just something i’ve heard at school. it’d be nice if i got some real knowledge about this

    Upper chest can be isolated and focused on, but lower pecs will get a little work too. Your chest or pectoralis major/minor is separated horizontally at about armpit level. Working at an angle from 15-45 degrees focuses on major or upper. Any higher is more shoulder and any lower is too much minor.

    My favorite exercise is a 30 degree brutally heavy incline dumbell press. No spotter, just off the floor right on the bench, triple digits in each hand. I lift them, they cry, domination.

    @scooby1961 thanks!!! i find working out and exersising is really fun! i just entered highschool and we have a swimming unit coming up in about 3 or 4 months… hope fully if i keep up what im doing ill have slimmed down a bit. im not expecting MAX results in that time tho! infact, im going for a two mile jog, (spinting when i have the time) and then maby lift a lil.. anyway thanks for the motovation!

    @mrbayouba22 if only that were true! He helps a lot of people, but the truth is that some people are going to be fat because they do not want to be healthy. I heard a story of some obese parents who do not even suggest to their child the idea of having a healthy lifestyle because they disagree with what is involved (exercise).

    @Fugitive292 Scooby has discussed DOMS. Sound is disabled on the computer I’m on right now, so I do not know for sure, but I think this was the video he discussed it in: watch?v=1MrYdVohfDA
    If it is not that video, he essentially said that bodybuilders often take the elevator because their leg DOMS can get so bad. DOMS lets you know that you got a good workout (I have some decent chest DOMS right now for the first time in awhile and I’m happy about it)! At the same time, you should not chase it.
