how do u get rid of the fat in your stomache and get abs fast?

i want to get abs by summer, if that’s possible. what can i do to get fast and good quality results?

It all depends on how much fat you have around your waist first of all.

First of all diet is utmost important.

You should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and lean meats without much fat.

Watch your caloric intake. Consume 1500-1600 calories a day combined with exercise 3-5 times a week and your perfect!

Drink lots of water.

Follow a diet and exercise program on the net that will allow you to be motivated,even making meals for you with daily calorie requirements.

EXERCISE!

Do at least 3 times a week some sort of interval cardio training.Like start off by doing 5 mins warmup then 2 minutes really intense, lowering back down to normal pace for 2 minutes again , then afterwards, back up to 1-2 minutes intense training.

Do this for at least 20-30 minutes each time.

I personally like the cross trainer, it’s so much fun and not to much stress on joints.

But alternate!! Dont do the same boring routine each time,make it interesting!

Also, do about 200 sit ups 4 times a week. This will only take you about 5-20 minutes really,once you get the hang of it.

Do 50 basic crunches, then 50 leg raises,then 50 oblique crunches, on each side of your abdomen.

You can also do bicycle movements with your feet to simulate riding a bike on your back. This is the most effective form of exercise.

With this plan you will be in shape in no time.

Oh,also ,if you wanna boost,kick-start the weight loss effects, start the south beach diet for 2 weeks or do really low carb with low fat for 2 weeks and lose up to 15 pounds!!

    Run, exercise, situps, leg lifts! My advise to you is to join a program that forces you to do these workouts, cause u will get lazy on your own. Join a karate school or something, youll get into shape fast

    See a doctor. They can help you locate the people to help you properly get fit. You’ll probably also need to see a nutritionist and a physical trainer as well. Its impossible to target burn fat. Also if you are worried about what you look like maybe you should go see a shrink.

    Sorry my friend but there is no quick fix. The good news is that there are many solutions to you problem. The eating habits have got to change. More healthy meals/snacks much more often. Lots more water. Add 4 large glasses to your routine everyday. This helps to hydrate you and curbs cravings. Exercise is important but not as important as your diet.
