The cobra maybe not … The cobra maybe not so good for everyone, since your hyper extending your back, it does work though. The plank is a solid core exercise, try doing it at the end of a killer ab workout. Also be sure to check out my videos.
if you make your … if you make your arms paralell to your legs and not inward it makes the exercise much more difficult since you are distributing the weight to your core not your arms
