How many sets of each exercise for abs should i do?
ive been doing abs every other day for the last 2 motnhs or so and ive seen some progress but i dont think im doing the best i can with my workout routine. i do12-13 different exercises but only do one set for each one and go until i feel the burn. I am just starting to think now, that i am doing it wrong. should i do less exercises and more reps, what?
Ideally you should target a combination of 3 sets of 10-12 reps each set for your exercises.
Your exercises plan should be like
1-2 exercise for upper abs
1-2 exercise for lower abs
1-2 exercise for obliques.
