    Really good core-exercises! I work out alot but core-exercises I have like only 4 of them, so now I can expand that area! It’s much more fun that way :)

    hi.. i want to ask you a question.. which exercises should be done daily (6 days a week) to lose muffin tops, stubborn lower belly pooch & big thighs. i’ve a huge collection of exercises which i try to fit all of them in my exercise time (1-2hr) everyday.may be that is why im not seeing results as i am doing only 1 set of all those exercises.. so pls create a video on this pls…

    I have been doing your other videos, 6 of the 10 minute videos 4times a week. So far it has been just shy of 2weeks but already I can SO see an improvement! Somehow I managed to miss this one until now. It is HARDCORE! I love it! Thank you so much for posting all these videos. For those of us who dont have a whole lot of money spare to go to pilates classes, these are such a blessing!

    @tiramisupoopcake Some moves will require you to be in pilates stance (aka the small crunch) and others you can be all the way down. If your back hurts, simply place your hands in a triangle underneath your tailbone or butt and rest your head. This should help!

    Hi Cassey! Are you actually supposed to keep your back against the floor while doing these excercises? I have seen some pilates videos where they instruct you to have a neutral/ a small crunch in your back. I hope you can answer me, because I tend to get a minor pain in my back now and then.

    what do you suggest??? i am trying to loose the last 7lbs after my pregnancy… is this routine any good – tues&thur&sat -3 vids (i have two different playlists) & MWF – 30min Eliptical or taebo – or is it better if I do the same 3 vids the 3 days for better results and the next week other 3???— I tried to do half and half but because of the baby 30min I what Ican really stick to.

    these are great i’ve started doing 20mins each day to help get ready for summer!
    I love that they’re only 10mins each so i can mix and match and complete them in the cmfort of my own home.
    Are there any exercises you’d recommend to really blitz the fat and quickly? i’m off on holiday in 3 weeks and wsould like to look reasonably toned for the beach!

    haha! i actually made a youtube a/c just so i could tell you how fab you are. i used to run everyday for the last yr and that made me lose too much weight. i wanted a workout that would get me toned but not too skinny. and that’s what you gave me!
    question-i hv stubborn flab over the lowest part of my butt cheeks, and my thigh where is meets my butt. no amount of running and diet control has helped. is there any pilates move that can target this area?
