I am wondering if anyone with a bad back has had good luck with the Ab Circle Pro?

  • Sharebar

I am considering purchasing the AB Circle Pro. My Dr. said that it would be good to try it! I am seeking feedback-positive or negative- from anyone with spine problems who has tried this machine. I am specially interested in hearing from anyone who has scoliosis, arthritis, or disk problems. Thank you.

I have long term severe back problems and no ab machine is any good for me.

What HAS worked to my benefit is the simple and cheap Pilate’s Ball. Gentle on the upper and lower back and mid section. No strain in the lower back area.

This is the only thing I will recommend to anyone.

You can buy them under $20 AU from any department store, and they are available in lots of other places.

My advice : Save your $$$ and get a Ball.

I suffer with curvature of the spine, Sciatic problems and spinal disk degeneration.

I doubt if this machine will be good for you. I haven’t tried it myself, but the movement doesn’t seem all that healthy.
