How well does the ab circle pro work?
I am considering buying the abcircle pro, but first wanted some feed back from people who have used it. I am looking to get stronger, better looking abs-will this machine help me?
I don’t have it, but I honestly don’t think it will work very well. I have seen the commercials and all you do is kneel and lean from side to side. How will that help your abs??? If are looking for an abs workout without doing crunches, try a video like Hip Hop Abs or something similar that is fun, easy to learn, and really helps. Also, the videos are much cheaper than the ab circle pro. I hope this helps you make your decision.
