I searches more about it on the internet and reviews who used this machine. So my results are based on the person who bought this product and uses to burn there belly fat .

The main hype of thisAb Circle Pro machine is that it work both for cardio workout as well as abs exercise.This is because it positioning looks  as its position you take with your hands and knees supporting you and the movement you do from side to side on the machine in a gliding motion.
They also provide workout DVD and nutrition guide.
But the quick question is that whether it is possible  in the shortest time as they are claiming for losing belly fat and get fast abs….

when you go to ab circle pro website(this is the only site where you purchase) you see they offer 30 days trial period for only $14.95. This seems this is a best price to deal with but can it the real price??
when you purchase the ab circle pro machine for 30 days for just $14.95 you also have to pay its shipping and handling cost of $34.50 that is not refundable,and when you refund it you have to again pay $34.50. So total cost for trial period is $69.00. Anyway if you purchase it you have to pay 5 X $39.95=about $200.00.
This is more than the program i recommended to you truth about six pack abs.So the best deal is in your part.

To Get some quick result- this is not the best to lose some spot of your body part but to do the whole and intensive workout program.Spot reduction is the biggest myth which some marketer exploit and can’t work.To Get result you have to do follow..
1.Do full body workout program
2.Do intensive abs exercise program
3.The right diet chart
4.Continuous follow some result oriented program
As these workout can also be achievable by simply walking but it is not possible for whole body.Ab circle pro does not provide you whole diet program and so you can not get  the desired result.

After read the whole review you may have reach the conclusion that ab circle pro is a scam? but  i don’t think so, this is the marketing strategy where whole things are not emphasized and only some of the good things are exaggerated .
So everyone must know that fast abs of the beautiful men and women are not due to ab circle pro but from strict diet program and whole body workout.Even Jennifer Nicole Lee, the “face” of this product has been a fitness model for years and so did not get to where she is now with this machine but due to hard work.
